The y cable is designed to connect a single male cable usually from a subwoofer cable to two female connectors. This allows the connection of the left and right inputs on the subwoofer. Many believe that it improves the sound of your subwoofer. We tend to agree. Not all subwoofer cables are the same. It is surprising how many people will spend $500 or thousands on a product and then not consider the cable. Traditionally you should allow 10% of your budget on the connecting cable. After all no matter how good the equipment if the connecting cables are not up to standard you are wasting your money. Our Y cable is of equal quality to our subwoofer cable so the cable technology is maintained throughout the connection. Although we could carry an even cheaper range we believe this is the minimum you should be spending on your connecting cable for your subwoofer.
