Can I return an item?
 
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Sound Shop shopping experience. We have confidence in the quality of our products and believe you'll be happy with your choice, but if for some reason you need to return something, go right ahead. We stand behind our products with our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Send the item back to us within 30 days, in accordance with the terms of our Returns Policy (please see How do I return an item) and we will either replace the product, send you a credit voucher or refund its purchase price, within 30 days after we receive your product. Cost of the delivery and return freight is paid by the customer. Any freight cost on the outgoing shipment is non refundable.

Our returns policy is a "voluntary" policy in addition to your statutory rights. As such, we trust that all returns are made in good faith. If, however, Sound Shop has reason to believe that this policy is being abused or that a return is otherwise not being made in good faith for whatever reason, we reserve the right to refuse to accept any returns under this policy. Sound Shops decision is final.

How do I return an item?
 
1. Sound Shop must receive your return within thirty (30) days from the date of despatch:
  1. In its original condition and packaging with all product components included.
  2. Together with original proof of purchase; and
  3. Returned with the original security tags or other product tags in place and in original condition. Products that are worn or otherwise damaged will not be accepted.
2. Include a completed Return Advice Form with the returned product which we will email you once you contact us.

3. When items are received without the Return Advice Form, we reserve the right to issue a credit voucher as full and final satisfaction of the return.

4. You must pre-pay all returns postage. We recommend that you return the product via Australia Post Registered Post, with shipment registration and insurance.  You assume any and all risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during return transit.

If you wish to return a product that contains a defect, has been damaged during shipment to you, or which has been sent to you in error, we request you contact Customer Care on 03 9931 0328 and we will provide you with a method of return. Any claims of this nature must be made immediately upon receiving the goods. We suggest you check the contents immediately to make sure they are the ones you ordered and are in new condition.

5. This policy does not apply to "Specials" or "clearance" or like items and specialty products which do not normally qualify for return. Please note that no returns or refunds will be given for these products.

7. If you do not comply with any of these terms we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept the return or provide you with a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy should be interpreted as affecting any statutory rights regarding refunds and returns (for example, faulty or damaged products). All other terms and conditions above will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without further notice.
