How will the order be shipped?

We use the No 1 courier services in Australia - Star Track and Australia Post. All our shipments are sent as Registered Post and we require a signature upon delivery. Our delivery contractors (Australia Post and Star Trak Express) typically deliver during business hours so if you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we suggest, if practical, to provide your work address as the delivery address.

Delivery is usually attempted straight to your door. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, or if the local postal service does not offer this direct service, then a Card will be left in your mailbox advising you of either a post office to collect your parcel from, or in the case of a courier delivery, a contact number to call to re-arrange the delivery. We will send you a tracking number for all Star track deliveries so you can see what day the delivery is due. Please check every day in the morning to see when your delivery is due.

How long before I get my delivery after ordering?

Your order will be shipped once your payment has been approved by our Finance Dept. Then, once your Shipment is dispatched, you will be notified via an email with your unique 'tracking Number' and Delivery details. You will then be able to go online and check the status of your delivery. Please note with Ausralia Post there is usually no online tracking but you will be given a number to follow up your order. 95% of order are sent via Star Track unless your specifically request a PO Box only.

New Zealand will be delivered within 4-10 Business Days from date of being ordered via Australia Post.

What are the delivery charges?

Each product page shows the delivery charge for that item. Because of the volume we do we get the best possible rate available. Much less than you would pay for a one off service. The more items you purchase means greater savings per order as your second and third items are calculated on weight.

What makes one speaker cable better than another?

These orders will be shipped by Australia Post or a suitable courier. The enquiry must be done via email or by telephone. Bank transfers are the preferred payment option and must be cleared by our finance department before the goods are shipped. There are freight charges with any international order and these will be calculated and the customer informed before shipping and any charges. We reserve the right to refuse orders from certain countries due to the high risk of fraud. Our decision is final.
