Delivery Companies

Delivery is by standard postal services. We also reserve the right to use courier companies of our choosing.

Delivery Limitations

Please note that our delivery policy is limited to the following countries and regions;

• Shipping to Australia ONLY.

• Shipping within the Canberra region is often managed directly by Soundshop staff.

• Shipping to Australian METROPOLITAN areas, please allow up to 5 business days.

• All REMOTE & REGIONAL Soundshop customers need to contact Soundshop directly*

* Shipping costs and times vary when items are required to be sent outside Australia metropolitan areas.
